BOOKING
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience can purchase a standard ticket and add one companion ticket for their companion/support worker during the ticket booking process. Registered companions/support workers must show their ID card at the venue entrance for complimentary entry.
You don’t need to book separately for wheelchair access when purchasing tickets for Bluey’s World.
VENUE
Bluey’s World is fully wheelchair accessible throughout.
Wheelchairs are not available for hire, but they can be borrowed for free on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bluey’s World has accessible bathrooms.
Bluey’s World can be a highly stimulating and interactive space, where a variety of senses can be engaged. Over-ear protectors, additional resources, and hidden disability lanyards are available at the Info Booth.
There are specific Sensory Sessions on the third Thursday every month at 3pm. These will be conducted with reduced capacity and reduced stimuli.
Some lighting sequences will include dynamic flashing and patterned lighting effects, however there will be no strobe lighting.
Light haze effects may be used in some areas of the experience.
You can seek assistance from event staff including Front of House and Info Booth teams. Please ask anyone with a staff t-shirt for additional information or help if you need it.
Guide, hearing or assistance animals are welcome. You may be asked to provide evidence which shows the animal is a trained assistance animal. Please ensure they are on a leash or harness and under control at all times.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Accessible parking bays are available near the entrance to Bluey’s World at 281 MacArthur Avenue.
Drop-off bays for cars and taxis are located near the front entrance at 281 MacArthur Avenue, providing easy access to the venue.
