General information
Bluey’s World is a one-of-a-kind guided immersive experience, that takes you into the Heeler family’s iconic Queenslander home, backyard and beyond – for real life! Explore multiple rooms and play games from Bluey, as you embark on an interactive adventure with your guide through the vibrant and playful world of Bluey.
This expansive, multi-sensory experience features real-life sets, recognisable scenes, and beloved characters and games from hit-show Bluey.
Bluey’s World is designed for Bluey fans of all ages, and there is no minimum age. Babies and toddlers under 2 visit free, and all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Bluey’s World is open five days a week. Please check the schedule on the day you plan to attend, as session times may vary and we will be closed on a few days for maintenance.
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. You will be admitted to the experience within 30 minutes of your ticket time.
The guided experience lasts approximately one hour from entry time. Guests are welcome to stay to enjoy the neighbourhood playground, Bluey’s World shop, and café at the end of the experience for up to an hour.
Bluey’s World is an interactive and immersive experience where everyone will have a chance to participate and play their favourite games from Bluey.
The experience is enjoyed standing and walking, and includes some stairs and level changes, uneven surfaces, and a few spaces where little ones may like to crawl or climb. Step-free routes and bypass options are available throughout, so please just ask any team member in a STAFF t-shirt if you would like one. Comfortable footwear is recommended.
The experience includes theatrical lighting, with some dynamic and patterned lighting effects. There is no strobe lighting. If anyone in your group is sensitive to light, please see our Accessibility page before your visit.
Bluey’s World is a multi-sensory experience with varied lighting, sound and lots to see, hear and do. If you would like a calmer visit, we run Sensory Sessions with reduced capacity and stimuli, and sensory backpacks (packed with a range of helpful items), over-ear protectors and hidden disability lanyards are available to borrow from the Info Booth. Ticketing
We strongly recommend booking in advance online. Each timed entry has a limited capacity, and we expect this event to sell out. There will be a Box Office at the venue which will only have tickets for sessions which are not sold out.
Babies and toddlers under 2 years are free of charge; please speak with event staff on arrival. Children aged 2 and above require an admit ticket.
Prices and session times vary. Check the official schedule and prices on the event website for your preferred date.
The Family Ticket is valid for 4 x Admit tickets regardless of your family dynamic. Please note all attendees aged 2 and above require a ticket to enter, and any attendees under 18 years old must be supervised by a ticket holding adult at all times.
We understand families come in all shapes and sizes! You can still access our family ticket option valid for 4 x Admit tickets at a discounted rate. For each additional family member, you can add an individual Admit ticket to your basket.
No, tickets are valid only for the specified time session.
All exchanges must be finalised 48 hours before the time and date on your current tickets.
Exchange requests can be lodged via emailing info@blueysworld.com.au with your current ticket information and preferred new session.
Like-for-like exchanges can also be processed via the Ticketek app. App exchanges must be processed at least 72 hours in advance of your current tickets. For more information visit this page.
All requests are at the discretion of the event producers.
Refunds are not available unless your session is cancelled by the event organiser.
We are not able to offer refunds once tickets have been purchased. If you have selected the Ticketek refundable ticket option, please see here for further information on eligibility and how to apply for a refund if applicable.
Group bookings are available for groups of more than 15 people. More information and enquiries on our Groups Page.
Yes, school bookings are available at discounted prices during term time for groups of more than 10 children. More information can be found on our Groups Page.
Gift vouchers can be purchased here.
Gift vouchers can then be used as the payment method when the gift receiver goes to pay for tickets on the Ticketek website. Vouchers are not valid for purchases of Café or Merchandise items at the venue and are not exchangeable for cash or change.
VENUE
We strongly advise leaving prams at home or in the car.
We have limited and unattended pram parking available and do not allow prams inside the venue. Bluey’s World is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Bluey’s World is at Northshore, Hamilton. Parking, including accessible parking and drop-off bays, are at Dock D, 281 MacArthur Avenue. For directions, public transport and full parking details, please see our Getting Here page.
No, we are a cashless venue.
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted. There is a cafe at the venue serving cold and hot snacks and refreshments.
Bluey’s World is hosted indoors, so the experience is not weather dependent, but queueing takes place outside. Please dress for the weather, and in the warmer months be sun safe with a hat and sunscreen and bring water to stay hydrated. Cold water stations are available both at the outdoor queue and inside the venue.
Yes, you are welcome to leave the experience at any time. If you or your little one needs a break or wants to head out, just let one of our team in a STAFF t-shirt know and we will help you on your way.
Personal photos and videos of your own group are welcome in the neighbourhood, playground and shop. To protect the performers and other families, including children, photography, filming and live streaming are not permitted during the guided experience or in performance areas.
Live streaming and commercial filming are not permitted anywhere without prior approval, and drones, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed. Please avoid making other guests the focus of your photos. If you need to record for a disability-related access need, just let our team know on arrival.
Bluey’s World has a gift shop with official Bluey merchandise. It is open during operational hours and requires a venue ticket for entry.
Patrons may return once within three months of the date on their Bluey’s World ticket to revisit Alfie’s Gift Shop. Please visit the Info Booth for assistance.
Yes, Northshore Pavilion has restrooms and baby-changing facilities.
There are no luggage storage facilities at Bluey’s World.
While present at the Bluey’s World venue, you must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
Offensive clothing is not permitted.
Yes, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times throughout the venue.
Yes. There is a meeting point sign at the front of the venue, before you head in, where you can arrange to meet your group. It is a handy spot for families, groups and school visits to gather before entering together.
If anyone in your group gets separated, please speak to any team member in a STAFF t-shirt or head to the Info Booth in the Neighbourhood, and our team will help reunite you.
